2. Principle
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and no embedded third-party content (no external fonts, scripts or videos).

3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)
The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the pages and protect against attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and fast operation). Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), under which Cloudflare, Inc. is certified, and additionally on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) in Cloudflare's data processing addendum.

4. Email contact (Zoho Mail)
If you write to us, we process your email address and message to answer your request. Our email service is Zoho Mail; data is processed in Zoho's EU data centre. Zoho acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention applies.

5. Newsletter (Substack)
The newsletter is offered on Substack, not on this website. You subscribe directly with Substack, where Substack's privacy policy applies. This website sends no data to Substack.

6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
